Ben Johnson is the Director of Strategic Program Management at FCM Travel Solutions. He is responsible for overseeing the continued development of FCM’s program management offerings in both the US and Canada. 

With over a decade of corporate travel industry experience, Ben’s customer-centric approach derives from his ability to understand clients unique program objectives and helping to develop solutions that deliver their vision.

Ben has partnered on numerous large market global travel programs and has played an integral role in their success. He is currently pursuing a Master of Leadership Service Innovation and looks forward to applying his knowledge to the industry he’s passionate about.
