Beth Maynard runs a global team of procurement professionals for Deckers Outdoor Company, the parent company of UGG, HOKA, Teva, and Ahnu footwear brands. Her team is responsible for all indirect non-trade global spend with the top categories including Travel, E-Comm, Retail, Marketing, IT Services, Supply Chain, and Finance. The main locations for spend are North America, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, China, and Japan. Beth has a previous background in Public Relations, Marketing, Large Events Management, and Sales in luxury hospitality. Her unique perspective as a current travel buyer and past supplier has been a successful combination for negotiations and mutually beneficial agreements. Beth is located in Santa Barbara, California near the Deckers headquarters and is active in the community as a member of the Women’s Fund and supports The Gwendolyn Strong Foundatio
