Cindy Heston is the Director of Travel and Events for Anthem. She oversees a diverse team who manage the travel and event needs of more than 70,000 Anthem associates. Her team is responsible for implementing end to end business travel and event solutions and strategies with a focus on customer engagement, satisfaction and value. Cindy focuses on the strategic alignment of innovative supplier partnerships to elevate the Anthem corporate travel program to best in class. High emphasis is placed on business intelligence automation, ML/AI development and execution. A key element of her success is leadership modeling for team members who then lead consultative/creative solutions across the enterprise. Prior to Anthem Cindy managed the global travel management and events program for French owned Technicolor.
