Grant Milstead

Grant Milstead is vice president of digital technology for United. In this role, he is responsible for all customer technology platforms that help customers buy, manage and take their trips with United including United.com, the United mobile app and United’s passenger service system, SHARES. Prior this this role, Grant had responsibility for the technology systems that supported a diverse set of employee operations teams including the NOC, Cargo, Catering, UAX and Customer Contact Centers. Before joining United, he was the chief information officer for General Electric Capital Rail Services. Grant graduated from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a degree in computer science.
