Ken Pfaffmann

Ken Pfaffmann is the VP, Business Development for Amadeus Cytric Solutions in the Americas. In this role, Ken oversees sales, account management, partnerships, marketing, customer solutions and commercial success operations supporting both direct corporate customers and Travel Management Companies (TMCs) throughout this fast growing region. Ken most recently served as Director, Solution Management, with global responsibility for customer solutions and investment prioritization covering all points of sale. Prior to Amadeus, Ken served in a variety of leadership roles spanning commercial, product strategy and customer service activities at Egencia, including Managing Director where he launched Egencia’s business in Australia.
