Michelle has been in the business travel industry for 12+ years. She has spent time on both the supplier side as a Program Manager at a TMC supporting their marquee account, the Travel Manager at Smartsheet and is currently the Director of Travel and Corporate Card at Qualtrics.

Michelle is very active with GBTA and serving her second term as President of the GBTA Puget Sound Chapter. She is on the Travel ProcureCon 2025 advisory board.
