Michelle has been in the corporate travel industry for 13+ years. She has spent time on both the supplier and buyer side; she was a Program Manager at a TMC supporting their marquee accounts and then transitioned to becoming Smartsheet’s Global Travel Manager. Currently she is the Associate Director of Travel, Expense and Corporate Card at Qualtrics. Michelle was originally hired as the Associate Director of Travel at Qualtrics and her responsibilities quickly expanded to encompass Expense and Card. Michelle is very active with GBTA and is currently serving as the President of the Chapter President’s Council.
