Mike Shin

Michael Shin, also known as Mike, is the VP & Chief Procurement Officer at FLIR Systems, the World's Sixth Sense and the State-of-the-Art Leader in Thermal Imaging technology.  Previously, Mike was the Global Head of Procurement and Supply Chain for Gibson Brands, the #1 guitar brand in the world.  Over the past 25 years, Mike held senior leadership roles in procurement and supply chain management for Fortune 500 Companies as well as Private Equity.  He began his career with GE in manufacturing, and is former CPO at Stanley Works, Federal-Mogul Corporation and Remington Firearms.  Mike graduated from the Missouri University of Science and Technology with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
