Named Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the Americas in 2023, Will Pinnell is responsible for all commercial activity and partnerships for HRS in the region. A recognized expert in digital transformation and Software as a Service, Will spent nearly a decade with BCD Travel, leading global strategy and development for all new traveler-facing products and booking technologies. Prior to that, he lead the investment strategy and creation of many mobile technologies at Sabre, including the award-winning TripCase app. Will was formerly on GBTA’s Board of Directors and speaks regularly at travel and technology events.
